The person should work out three days a week, with one day off and one day at the gym. The first day, they should exercise the chest, back and shoulders. The second day, they will target the legs and the torso, while on the third day of exercising they will work on the arms. They should also consider that working the abs during every exercise day is what most bodybuilders do, so this can be added in as well.
